Exposed Electrical Box Adapter Disc (Prototype)
Allows crossbar-type canopies like Casablanca Hang-Tru, Sierra, Regency, etc. to fasten more-securely when mounted on an exposed electrical box. NOT compatible with Casablanca Mission/Cathay canopy.
Openings should align with most crossbar styles, but any necessary adjustments can be drilled. Disc sandwiches between the factory crossbar and the electrical box to create a surface for the canopy to tighten flush against. Easily paintable to any desired color or finish. Limited stock, as these prototypes were never meant to be for sale!
Down the road I hope to redesign these slightly larger to accommodate the Mission style canopy, and also use a heavier gauge metal as these are a bit flimsy. They do serve the function pretty well, but the canopy cannot be over-tightened as the disc will bend pretty easily.
